Golden Negroni Cider Vinegar

Inspired by the classic cocktail, this small-batch cider vinegar captures the complex botanicals of a negroni but from a Northern viewpoint. Minnesota made gin and amari are blended with Minnesota made heirloom apple cider and fermented to make a unique take on a classic apple cider vinegar. Balanced bitterness. Clean acidity. Layered botanical depth.

Uses: Bold enough for dressings, refined enough for cocktails. Perfect for a vinaigrette or splashed into soda water.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, Amari (water, alcohol, sugar, herbs and spices), gin (neutral spirits, juniper berries, botanicals)
